One More Round - Shen Yi

Introducing Shen Yi, the supporting character of our student film for my second year at NAD-UQAC.
I was in charge of the concept art, modelling, texturing, and shading of the characters using ZBrush, Marmoset, Maya, Substance Painter, and Houdini.

This was my first time making characters from A-Z! It was an insane learning experience for me, and a huge opportunity for growth.
Naail is a boisterous ring fighter training with his rival Shen Yi, with a more or less sportsmanlike attitude. Shen Yi is the more stoic, patient, and experienced of the duo, and he won't let himself be humiliated despite Naail's tricks.

This film is being produced alongside my colleagues and friends, Joëlle Comeau, Gabrielle Leblanc, Ayat Inesse Oualhaci, and Léana Gauvin, who I would like to thank for their support and their effort, as well as our teachers for their guidance.
